We stand by the quality of every item we carry — if it doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll make it right.

Easy Returns:  
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility: 
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns over $200 are eligible for store credit only.

How to Start a Return:
1. Email us at info+patriot@cerrimex.com with your order number.  
2. We’ll issue a return authorization and simple shipping instructions.  
3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items:
Clearance, consumable, or custom items are final sale and not eligible for return or store credit.

If there’s ever an issue with quality or damage, contact us — we’ll handle it personally.
