Q: How fast do you ship?  

A: Most orders are processed within 2–4 business days, with delivery in 3–6 business days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?  

A: Not yet — we currently ship only within the U.S. to ensure fast, reliable delivery.

Q: What’s your return process?

A: Return postmarked within 30 days of delivery and items must be in original condition. Return shipping labels are not supplied; customers are responsible for arranging shipping. Allow up to two weeks for returns to be processed. 

Q: Are your products made in the USA?

A: Many of our goods are made or assembled in the USA. We always prioritize American-made and high-quality gear from trusted partners.

Q: How do I know what size apparel to order?

A: Each product page includes detailed size charts. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for layered wear.

Q: Are your survival kits ready-to-use?

A: Yes. Each kit is carefully curated with field-tested items — just add water or minor prep depending on the kit.

Q: How do you select your products?

A: Every item in our store is handpicked for durability, practicality, and alignment with the American self-reliant lifestyle. If we wouldn’t use it in our own outpost, we don’t sell it.
